If you’d prefer to avoid the bookkeeping completely (and focus all of your energy on your business), Crunchers will relieve you of the burden.

Unlike most bookkeepers we do not run up unnecessary bills by charging by the hour. One of our guarantees is to never charge you more than the agreed price. We will set a budget with you upfront and involve you in the terms and conditions so you have a bespoke service at a fixed monthly fee.

Getting you started

 
During a sociable meeting (at your place or ours) we’ll learn about you and your business and start to draw up the perfect plan of action.

To make sure that there is always help at hand, we’ll give you a copy of the Crunchers Small Business Handbook – a complete guide to managing your paperflow.

We’ll work out together the best bookkeeping package to suit your needs. For example, would it be best for a Cruncher to pick up and drop off your books, or would it be better for you to do so (or even post them!)?

Our goal is to make the Crunchers experience as smooth and satisfying as possible, so we’ll advise you on your paperwork and how best to keep it.

Moving forwards

We want you to feel in control and a part of the process, so Crunchers will happily give you a copy of the software so you can view the bookkeeping as we go. If any issue should arise, our bookkeeping helpline will be there to answer your questions.
